Well, you will not get that from me. I do not blame NTs for all my difficulties. That would be absurd, if you think about it.
Anyway, though I did go through Hell as a kid, with bullying and such, I have learned to see this is not a Black & White issue. And not all people on the Spectrum are nice. Far from it.
For me, blaming others for a lot of things that have proved to be my or partly, my fault is just more denial.

Sincerely,
Matthew

I don't blame NTs for anything. My family are all NTs and I love them. I can rant about people in general, but not necessarily because of their neuology. It just depends on the person. I've been bullied by non-NTs before anyway.

Meh. To me, people are a spectrum. Not everyone in any one group is a piece of crap and not all are angels either. Unfortunately, many of us here have been the subject of extreme bullying, myself included. When that has been your experience, you tend to paint the world with a very broad brush and look for a reason to dislike people. Add to that the fact that human beings are tribal by nature, and it is easy for some to brand their tribe better than the perceived other tribe.

I had never heard of aspergers syndrome when I was in school. In fact, I don't even think it was an officially recognized diagnosis back then. I just thought I had ADHD and that people hated me for being a person who thought differently than they did. Had I known about AS and identified with it back then, I would probably have hated NTs too. You have to remember too that in high school, you are very susceptible to idealistic thinking. As an adult though, you live and learn that life is never so cut and dry. If you are on the spectrum, it is likely that you will find your friendships in unusual places which then helps to expand your view of humanity. You don't have the luxury of only identifying with those in your peer group. For example, I am 38 and my youngest friend is 19 and the oldest is a Vietnam vet in his 60's. We may be worlds apart in many things as I am a Libertarian/Conservative Christian and have a friend who is bisexual and another who is a liberal/socialist. However, the one thing these people do is accept me as I am. In the end, that is all that counts.

I have random friends too. I am only 22 but my oldest friend is almost 60, and she is a good friend. My youngest friend....hmm, she's 13 and I work with her at my voluntary job, I might aswell call her my friend because she likes me and is actually a teenager who doesn't judge me. We have such a laugh when working. I have 2 non-NT friends, and they are the same age as me who I met at college and we still kept in touch (one is Autistic and I'm not sure what the other one has but she is not NT). And I have a few friends on Facebook who I have met up with occasionally, and I also have a friend in his 40s who fancies me and 2 other friends in their 30s who don't live in this area any more but I still keep in touch with on Facebook. And I have a couple of bus-drivers who I would consider my friends.

And of course I have my family, and some of my brother's friends too.

I know I've done off topic here, but never mind. Just thought I'd share it with you. :D
