What noises can you not handle

Lots...but the one that's making me homicidal right now is the popping sound made by tennis balls in play. I'm ready to thank God and all His angels (and I'm an atheist) that Wimbledon fortnight is over. The radio reports of the men's final still have a couple of days to go, but I can get through it, I can get through it...

Crowded food-halls
Doctors waiting rooms with children playing
Macdonalds with all the cooking beeps and sirens for staff to jump to
Movie theatres with surround sound
Action movies at home with surround sound and 5.1 and 7.1
Dogs licking their private bits, slurp slurp slurp

euchh. Indeed some good responses though.

You reminded me of two tramps on a park bench, one said to the other, "look at that dog licking his bits, I wish I could do that". The other tramp says, "well give the dog a cookie, maybe he will let you."

Dog Whistles
Lightbulbs
smoke detectors
White noise radio

People yelling, people "chapping" their food when they eat, nails on a chalkboard...

I think this is the 4th "annyoing noises" topic on here now

Anyway, for me it is:

- Chainsaws
- Lawn mowers
- People banging doors
- People walking in the floor above me
- Other people's music, especially if it's loud, fast and with beats
- Annoying laughter (especially the manical laughing some women have)
- "party" noises (drunk people screaming/singing around)
- TV sounds, especially if it's so low that I can't really understand anything
- the sound of fingernails scratching on skin (my mother does that )
- slurping
- people sucking on their fingers. My mother does that too and the sound makes me want to kill somebody

ALL 100% of noises.

Chewing
Slurping
Pets licking themselves
Sudden phone ringtones that are overly loud
Certain peoples accents or high pitched voices
Roofing isn't my idea of a relaxing time, either.
People talking about pointless crap for hours on end.
Whiny people.
Doors closing, microwave doors slamming
Children squeeling/crying loudly

Loud voices
Swearing
Screaming
Slurping
Grunting made by tennis players
Football chants
Police ,Fire Engines and Ambulance sirens
Car Horns

Eating noises
Beeping, buzzing, whistling
Pianos
I find some accents to be grating also.

I can't handle anything sudden and unexpectedly loud.

The only noise in particular though that just drives me crazy is someone rubbing on the top of the felty surface of the interior of a car - this sound is just AWFUL and it makes me freak out each time I hear it.

My Top Ones:

Gunshot
Car Alarms
Motorcycles (especially up close in traffic)
Fireworks
Fingernails on Chalkboard
Obvious Verbal Abuse (especially to children)
Bully Behavior in any form

More Annoying Ones:

When something like the dashboard inside the car gets lose and starts to "buzz"
Children screaming to the top of their lungs
Florescent lights on their last leg

Sounds That Elicit An Emotional Response I can't Shake For While:

Any animal in pain
Taps

Car Alarms
Fire Alarms
Fire, Ambulance, Police Sirens
Car Horns
Crowded places with lots of people talking at once
I am getting taught at the moment how to handle these different noises alot better than I do.

-Guys revving up their car engines and monster car demolitions.
-lawn mowers
-weed whackers
-neighbours blasting music from their garage

Styrofoam ,tissues ,paper towels ,cotton balls ,clean squeaks, and any thing loud

It'll be quicker to ask me what noises don't bother me.

Currently:
- Any form of alarm
- People who bite / pick their nails
- People who sniff. Just how difficult is it to blow your nose?
- Noisy eaters
- Barking dog
- Dog licking himself
- Neighbours shouting / slamming doors
- "Dance" music
- Groups of people talking, which sounds like one big horrible noise
