So happy that you got that confirmation! My husband is getting tested today. His therapist is doing it just to "humor" him...even though he's SUCH an Aspie and I think he got like a 147 on the "Aspie Quiz". My therapist refuses to test me, and she even lied about it and told me that she would and then "forgot" to bring the test or mention it ever again. I asked my husband to ask his therapist if he would assess me, and he said no, but he said he would send my husband home with the assessment test so I can do it on my own. I'm having such a difficult time finding anyone who is willing to even think about Adult Autism!
