Things I have slept with have changed over the years. For the last two years off and on, it's been my Clifford the Big Red Dog.

Until recently, I slept with a geiger counter next to my bed. You never know when a radiological emergency will strike in the middle of the night! :D

When I was in the hospital last winter, my big Totoro slept right next to me. On weekends, my live Totoro (my girlfriend) sleeps next to me. I also have various stim toys in my bed, like wooden beads on a string.

Yes, I do; I have a beanie dog that I 'made' Jewish...his name is Michael and I've had him since I was about 7 years old.- Although, he's been in the wash basket for two weeks now. :)

I have a small cushion thing in the shape of a tiger that I sleep with every night, but that is because I got so used to it and it makes it easier to lean on, since I don't always know where to put my arms in bed, they get in the way. Also I have to have quite high pillows because of my sinuses or ears getting blocked in the night, so if I want to lay on my tummy I need something under me a bit just to make it more comfortable without getting neckache. It is practically for that anyway, it's not exactly a toy.

I have a few, but the usual one is a Piglet from Winnie the Pooh, or a Shaun the Sheep hot water bottle cover. I can't sleep without a fluffy toy.

I currently sleep with:
1) a dog called Squashy who I have had since birth
2) Tigger- he is a lucky charm to make sure I stay asleep when I go to sleep since I had a spell of not being able to stay asleep about 5 years ago
3) a cat- her "voicebox" ran out of batteries so she gets to sleep with me until I remember to change the batteries
4) a bear called Big Ben- technically belongs to my brother, but he got put on top of the wardrobe so I felt compelled to save him. There isn't room anywhere else in my room for him so he sleeps in my bed.

Laid out side to side, they leave me enough room to sleep on my side, perched on the edge of the bed. As a result, Tigger sleeps by my hip, and the cat falls down the side of my bed by the wall a lot. Ben often gets squashed against the wall as well.

I don't now, but from the ages of about 7 to 14 I had a whole collection of soft toys and teddies who I'd given names and assigned personalities to.

I have a harbor seal. He makes a "toot" sound when squeezed.

I bought 2 teddies today, but they're making me itch, so I think I'll have to wash them first and then try and sleep with them tomorrow.

Of course! I'm 39, and have a small collection of favorite stuffed toys. I sleep with a fennic fox at night.:)

I don't anymore. I did until I was about 10 years old though. Mine was a big teddy bear about half my size.

I do feel like I need something to cuddle when I sleep, though.
