I love interacting with people!
too bad the society I live in consists mostly of NT jerks with whom I don't desire to interact

oh well
being a shut in is cool, too

Not loner enough.

Sure, I don't know anyone in person [other than the family I was born into], but I'm still posting here.

I am a loner. I spend most of my time alone, and I prefer it that way.

I knew people at school, plus I knew someone after finishing school for a brief time (my social disorder killed that).

Been alone for most of the time though, which suits me (I don't get along with people for the most part; two different species).

After lessening some anxieties, I noticed that my anxiety was replaced by boredom. I'm simply utterly not interested in people who only seem to do small talk, and I cannot properly lead such a minor conversation either.

I do have a couple of compatible friends with which I can talk about all kinds of stuff, but I don't see them very often.

For the most part, I can be considered a loner. Then again, according to Eric Klinenberg in his book Going Solo: The Extraordinary Rise and Surprising Appeal of Living Alone, 1 in every 7 people in the United States lives alone, so being a "loner" isn't so unusual any longer. :D

I used to be, when I was at High School. I didn't have any true friends, and so really I had to figure out everything all by myself, while the other kids had their mates to go to for help or to hang on to when they're anxious about something. Well, I know I had teaching assistants to go to, but I was never allowed in the staff room at lunchtimes, so I had to just make my own decisions of what to do with myself at lunchtimes, and I had nobody to phone up in the evenings to talk or to ask for help with homework. So I was quite a loner at High School. I remember once I felt so bored being on my own that I decided to make some fun, so I picked a random crowd of kids and spied on them around the school without them knowing. I saw my cousin in my tracks and told her what I was doing, and she was like, ''you should be with your friends'', and I was about to say, ''what friends? I haven't got any!'' but instead I just said, ''you're right'', and I felt so pathetic spying, so I just went to find some girls from my class to just sit with (although they never really noticed me sitting with them).

*sigh* what a life to have at High School - it's so abnormal.

I know that feel...when you try to do crazy or ret*d or even unpleasant stuff just to kill boredom. I went far far farther though.

Anyway, what sort of creepy stalker tells random passerby what they are doing?
0/10 and blocked

Pretty much, and I've been a loner for most of my life. I like being alone for long periods of time but I do need social interaction once in awhile.

Careful what you say. I'm pretty sure being a"loner" means, in NT speak, that you're plotting a killing spree.

Definitely a loner and I wouldn't have it any other way. With friends like some NTs who need enemies?
