I had it as a small child, but it was caught early enough to be fixed completely. I had to wear the eye patch and get nightly eye drops - that was fun! (NOT)

I'm nearsighted and have worn glasses since age 2.

My eyes are slightly crossed. My left eye is weaker. I see a monocular 2d world, but I can see 3d at a 3d movie. Years ago when I saw Captain Eo at Disneyland was the first time I ever saw anything in 3d.

I had six operations to correct a squint when I was little but none of them worked. So I have amblyopia and wear prismatic lenses to try and correct it. My right eye is the strong one, the left wanders outwards and is noticeable. I can also switch vision to look through either eye. I can't see in 3D, 3D movies just look like regular 2D movies to me. In real life, everything looks flat as I have no depth perception. But it is all I have known so I am used to it.

I am short sighted in my right eye and long sighted in my left eye. I have astigmatism in both eyes.
