In my first office job, I did it like once in as much as 10 hours! I guess I COULD have gone much more frequently, I just didn't want to. BTW some STUPID people that WEREN'T aspies did it a LOT! NO real correlation. ALSO, over all, I urinated about as much as the average male.

If you get a LOT of B, caffiene, etc... you will urinate a LOT. BTW I now go like maybe 3 times during work. PRIMARILY because I can, and it is a good excuse for relative quiet.

... I never ever use urinals. I always use a stall, or make sure nobody's around.

If I were a man then I don't think I could use a urinal either.
On Black Friday I went across the border to America to do some shopping. I was hoping to find some electronics. I went to the bathroom in Target because it was unavoidable. In the washroom, almost all the women were chatting to eachother. Even if they were in the stall. The women didn't necessarily know eachother either. In Canada, it seems different from my experience. We hardly talk in the washroom and do not look at eachother nearly so much. It's more of a private affair, and I like that :P.

Wow Goomba!

A WOMAN wrote a book on "the feminine mind". She refers to what many sitcoms and comedies here refer to! That women chat in the restrooms. MOST men usually don't.

In Animals in Translation, Temple Grandin says that the gene responsible for autism may be also related to stomach disorders, but that she didn't have enough data to be sure.

Maybe it's a cultural thing as well.

Ditto to both.
I used to drink sweeter beverages, but water has really grown on me, and it's about all I drink. Occasionally juice, and very rarely a lightly carbonated beverage. Stronger forms of carbonation make me feel sick now.

I have to use the restroom fairly often, and when I was still in school, I'd head into the bathrooms for that fairly often. Not excessively though.

Excessive is when I have a urinary infection, which does happen occasionally. Then I have to go 10+ times when trying to get to sleep, just to make a point.

That's just bizarre to me. I can hardly imagine how awful it would be to have someone hanging around close by talking to you while you're trying to go in private. 8O And what an awful place to have a conversation, period - the smell/sounds of disinfectant/other people using the toilet all around you.

I'm ashamed to say I use the disabled bathroom if I have to go at work - just one nice, big private room with toilet and washbasin together, and a heavy door.

I'm female.

An interesting idea for a topic...

I had more problems when I was a kid, actually. I have heard somewhere that autistics are more likely to wet themselves in public.

Today there was a group of teenage girls taking up all the wash basins, which annoyed me because they weren't even using them to wash. Just adjust their hats and yap to each other like a bunch of yappy dogs.

Anyway, I voted "more often" on the poll. But I do drink a lot of water when I can. So that my throat doesn't dry.
