I have ADD and have that a lot. I think one of the reasons no one knew when I was young (aside from the fact that ADHD was a "boy's disorder" when I was young and I am a girl) was that I still got fairly good grades. B average. But I should have been getting straight A's easily according to my IQ. Pretty much my whole life I have felt that I have not achieved up to my potential, even though by most people's perceptions, I am successful.
I have not tried meds, but stimulant meds helped my son a great deal.
