Yeah, those are vestibular stims. All of them. Enjoy.

Wool is something I can't wear unless I have something layered underneath it.

Clothing tags really annoy me, so I either cut them out of the clothing, or make sure something is tagless.

Those are the only things I can think of.

There are certain sounds that drive me to the point of homicidal insanity.
-Any chewing noises (especially slurps and chips).
-Heavy scratching noises (ie: something heavy being dragged on pavement).
-The sound of a ticking clock in a quiet room.
-Anything loud enough so I can't hear myself talk (unless I'm doing it ie: listening to music).
Then there's the stuff relating to my other senses:
-I hate clothes tags.
-I hate it when socks pull at the hairs on my feet.
-I HATE, absolutely HATE, having untied shoelaces.
-I almost always want my door to be fully closed (not sure what sense this is).
I must have lucked out with bright lights because I don't mind them at all.

Upon further reflection, I think I can elaborate on some of mine:

Sounds: Again, crying infants. Shrill, sudden alarms. Ambulance/police sirens. Dripping water when it is quiet ( I have gotten use to my fishtank's filters, but that is a slightly different noise more like a small waterfall. Almost soothing) that sounds like drums to me. Certain high notes in music. Dog whistles/bark controllers. Yes, I CAN hear these bloody things & they hurt!

Light: Flickering monitors. Faulty flourescent lighting. Rapid flashing lights. Sun light, glare. Snow glare. Almost anything on these lines. ANY light, excep red at night. Even little powerstrip lights are annoying. I have to have it dark to sleep.

Smells: Decay. Mold. Some oter odors, but I am not really bad in this dept. at all.

Touch: Wool, forget about it. Drives me insane! Ties, well why not help me make a noose & hang myself. I hate things around my neck. Really freaks me out.

Sincerely,
Matthew

A better question (with a much shorter answer) is "What don't you have sensory issues with?" Because for me, any sensory stimulus can be overwhelming if it is either intense, unpredictable, or both; and the threshold for intensity and unpredictability lowers depending on my stress level until even barely perceptible things can send me over the top.

Thankfully my sense of taste is an exception to that, and I can eat almost anything without having problems with it. This is probably the only reason I have a somewhat varied diet, since my executive dysfunction makes it hard to plan meals or eat in any sort of orderly way. I tend to just buy whatever can be grabbed and eaten quickly, and if I get a wide enough variety, usually things end up okay.

Loud or prolonged noise, light, and fast motion trigger that negative feeling. I don't like brushing touch, and consequently prefer more fitted clothing, so it doesn't brush up against me, plus the feeling of tightness (just not tight underwear lol) is kind of comforting, and I like to wrap the blanket around me for the same reason. I also like big hugs for the same reason, but I'm only comfortable letting a few people hug me. I hate being tapped on the shoulder, lightly hugged, or shaking hands, and I feel the need to wipe the touch off.

I also have this thing where if I get touched on one side of my body unpleasantly and I wipe it off, I feel the touch move to the other side of my body. I wipe it off there, and it moves somewhere else, and I can get stuck chasing the touch around for several minutes. This is no a very discreet thing to do in public, but I still have the need.

While I stim more in private than in public, my general attitude is that if I look autistic or disabled in public, I really am.

I hate motorbike noises, the texture of stewed meat and the texture of polystyrene they make me quite agitated.

Slightly sensitive to loud annoying sounds, lights, and space.

I have pretty serious tactile defensiveness but I'm better than I used to be. I still can't wear socks with seams on the ends of the toes, pantyhose, tight clothes, clothes with tags, anything with lace/ruffles, high heels, the list goes on. I also don't like being touched at times, even by my husband.

I also have auditory processing issues. My brain doesn't filter sounds well so in a restaurant I'll usually hear all of the conversations around me like the people were sitting at my table. I didn't realize until after I was diagnosed and read about AS that not everyone experiences this. I also frequently have to ask people to repeat themselves if I'm in an unfamiliar situation and not prepared for a question or statement. All I hear is noise in that situation and I need one or two repetitions to make the noise into words. I startle easily in response to loud sounds too.

Visually, I'm less sensitive than many people seem to be, though it hurts my eyes to watch TV in a dark room. I need at least one light on.

One of my few tactile sensitivities is lace--don't like to feel of it, would hate to wear it.

And stiff clothing is okay to feel, but not to wear.
