Not all aspies have all the typical problems. My fine motor skill is great and I enjoy art, calligraphy and needlework.
Flexibility is actually underrated and highly related to strength and power. Baseball pitchers with more flexible shoulders tend to pitch faster. Probably due to stronger fiber connection in tendons and ligaments.
After reading through the replies it seems to be a matter of interest. Those who are interested in athletics and martial arts can use their hyper-focus to excel in these categories.
What helped me was studying human anatomy and physiology, on top of martial arts technique. At around 130 lbs I was deadlifting 230 lbs right off the floor and squatting around 190 lbs. And when it comes to karate i'm at a high level compared to most "street fighters". When it comes to grappling, I started late so the learning curve has been against me but my ability to use logic and visual spatial reasoning, I learned very quick and got to about a purple belt level of proficiency very quickly. I picture the different grips and levers to a great extent as well as study positioning by watching live matches. Somehow I can picture myself from the outside and command muscles internally to link the different chained muscle groups into action - AKA ret*d strength.
