It really depends on what I'm doing. If I'm cooking, I can prepare a meal in no time at all. If I'm designing a database, I get into the zone and I do stuff without having to think and too fast for anyone else to follow what I'm doing (I can slow down if I'm training someone). But, getting up in the morning and getting in gear is slow. I'm also too slow to think of responses to questions. My friend thought she was boring me last week, because I was taking too long to think of what to say back to her. As for housework, it really depends on what type of mood I'm in. Last Monday, I was hyper fast. Today, I'm slow.

I'm slow. My spouse is fast. He seems to always be in a rush, even when there's no good reason for it. He wants me to rush. This causes problems sometimes and I have to ask him, is there a deadline? He can really stress me out with the rushing.

I'm slow doing the dishes at my voluntary work and tidying my room, but fast when walking out in the public as it is my pace.

Same here, I also walk fast, in spite of doing almost everything else slowly. Walking fast just feels good to me.

Yeah, I walk fast as well, to avoid negativity and people who mock me and fear judgement and bullying. I'm more aware than I was younger.

Efficient.

I aim to achieve the most I can with the minimum effort. Whether it tends towards fast or slow depends entirely on how much direct input it needs from me and how much I just need to push something and then let everything fall into place on its own.

I used to be fast but as I age I get slower and slower. Much more accurate though. It bugs me quite a bit that I can't be as fast paced as I used to but since I am more accurate because of it, it seems a fair enough trade off when I look at it rationally. Still I miss the days of being an impetuous youth.
