I think that sounds like OCD, though of course that doesn't mean he doesn't have AS as well, as they are common co-morbids.

My freezer is like most things in my life, a higgledy-piggledy mess!

My freezer was bought about 6 years ago and remains in my living room still in its shrink wrap packaging.

I am King Procrastinator IV. :king:

Jinks, I'm starting to think so too...

CR, great to see I'm not alone in my procrastination habits. :-)

My cat took up daytime residence on top of the freezer soon after it was delivered. That's his day bed so of course as a fellow cat lover you undertand I don't want to upset him and remove the freezer now unexpectedly.

I understand too well...I had to buy a second computer chair to have a chance to sit on one in front of my computer!! And my closets are a mess because there's very little room in them, what with so many shelves needing to remain empty, for the cats to climb and nap on.

White and boxy.

The point of food not touching on the plate is so that the different tastes don't contaminate each other. Since things are usually in packages in the freezer, it's not an issue.

Like every other freezer i would imagine. fridge and freezer out in out.

Full of vegetables and chicken, for the most part, healthy and easy to make dinner.

Who_I_am - Oh I see, thanks. Today I asked him if it's not advisable to stack packages in the freezer, and he said "it depends on what foods you stack, of course!" I personally can't see a difference between freezer-stackable foods and not...

Small and not a lot in, mostly fish food and frozen peas/corn. The other items are a bag of parsley, a frozen pizza with a paneer topping that I bought today, some chinese lotus seed paste buns that I've had for months and a nest of noodles. Probably some other bits and bobs hidden in there.

I don't remember what all is in there, but it's full. Clean, orderly and all contents in date, but it's jampacked. Not all of it is food (I don't eat frozen food, and ice cream hurts my teeth). I keep ice packs, some frozen foods for guests or emergencies, and some types of mechanical parts in there (drive belts for cassette players, O-rings for diesel injector pumps, etc etc), to prevent deterioration. I don't open it much, because it wastes power and causes the ice maker to clog up from condensation.

My partner recently defrosted our freezer so I can feel all smug about it :)

I usually end up cramming as much stuff and possible into it - it's like a puzzle whereby you have to put things in in a specific way to make them fit.

I wish I had a bigger freezer so that I could get a month or more's shopping all in one go. The longer I can go between trips to the supermarket the better as far as I'm concerned as I dislike it.

Same here. I wish I had a big house, I'd get a deep freezer and shop twice a year!
