I laugh at these because people don't work that way. When enough people fear something or someone, they go on a witch hunt, and they round up what they fear and try to destroy it, it's happened so many times in history it's not even funny. If you think that people are civilized enough to just leave us alone, think again.
I think people put way too much faith in others' sense of humanity and that's a mistake that I don't intend to make.
