Math has always been one of my best subjects. One of the ways I can tell that I am coming down sick is that I can no longer do math in my head. I'm 48 and until my Junior year in high school calculators were not allowed and then only the simple 4 function calculators.
That's why I asked for peoples' age. I wasn't allowed to use a calculator either (nobody could afford one back then anyway). I was thinking this would be easier for us old timers.
I'm in my late 20s. I wasn't allowed to use a calculator in math class until high school (and even then, I only started using one when I was in my senior year).
