Getting a desk "dragon" in the office that decides I do not need to see my doctor in an emergency situation. And then denies I made a payment so he will NOT SEE me. This actually happened.
Other than that, crowded waiting rooms with litte fresh reading material ( I have learned to bring my own! BUt lots of people still leaves me cold!).
