I feel like a man half my age, [Groucho Marx]but what I'd really like is a woman half my age.[/Groucho Marx]

I don't act/think my age. Seriously older, yes, seriously younger, yes.

The one age group that, overall, I've had most difficulty getting on with is my own.

Same here, I usually act older but feel a lot younger though.
I feel very immature about some things sometimes, its as if I stopped learning some things at like age 7

I'm 17, but because of a blend of my Asperger Syndrome and my harsh upbringing I'm about 25 on average, I can act like an 8 year old in regards to a few things, but mentally, I've seen more than most people twice my age have seen, part of that makes me lucky part of it makes me unlucky, but we can't have the best of everything.

I think the measure of how old you are, is the measure of the group you find yourself naturally fitting in with or how old people think you are before they know your age on the web. When I was 14, people thought I was 18-22. :o

I am 24 years old biologically, but I cannot really say what my mental age is as it changes all the time owing to different situations. Sometimes I will have a mental of, say 26, whereas other times, I'm 18 again.

I'm 21. I feel I have the emotionality of a 12 year old, and the mentality or wisdom of someone perhaps in their 30s. I feel as though I'm going to be stuck in childhood forever though.

On the other hand, I feel like I'm 60, because I'm living through the 1960s.

I'm not really sure.
I feel like I'm about 19-20, yet with how I think about things compared to other people I somtimes feel asthough I'm about 45.

and an attention span of a 4 year old-lol
and intellectually mature than all of the ages put together!

I feel about 65 mentally. (I'm quite wise compared to my peers and tend to have more self control)

Biologically I'm 42. Mentally, depending on the situation, I'm between the ages of 5-38 but never do I feel or act 42....mentally.

When I'm scared, I'm closer to 5 but usually I would say I'm around 17.

It sucks too. One time my boss told me I should really stop hanging out with teenagers, which I never do. So I limited my talking to anyone to only when I have to.

Meh, I'm not sure. I don't feel any older every time I have a birthday though.

I certainly don't think of myself as being 42. Some of my interests are more in line with people much older than myself (such as Roger Bannister). I am on the fast track to being "a crazy old cat lady," with four housecats, five feral cats that live outside our house, and a number of other cats my family takes partial responsiblity for. Educationally, I have achieved quite a bit, attaining a Master's in English plus a degree in Legal Office Systems. As for functioning in other areas, I have a way to go before I pull even with "typical" people my age.

Usually I feel like I'm in my 30s, sometimes I feel like an immature 14 year old. I never feel my own age - 21.

I feel a lot older than I am (20). I tend to get along with my dad's friends (he's 65) better than anyone my own age. I tend to think likes it's the late 19th century and use words according to their older meanings (like Euthanasia as it's Greek definition (good death)). I would love to have lived in a Robert Louis Stevenson or Dumas novel. I am very socially old-fashioned. For instance, I feel really uncomfortable introducing myself to a stranger. I feel that is more appropriate for a mutual acquaintance to introduce us. I feel even more awkward about meeting people over the phone. I even drink like an old man at parties. While everyone else is doing shots or drinking cheap beer, I have a Manhattan (my current favorite drink) over ice in a nice glass.

On the other hand, I think I have a good sense of the absurd and I love to goof around with people I know a little better.
