hate light touch
hate feeling of hair sticking to skin
hate hair tickling my face
hate humidity/heat
hate bright sunlight
hate sand sticking to skin
hate particles of anything on my bedsheets/blankets
hate swedish massage ("rolfing")
hate any sort of wool against skin
hate my husband breathing near my face mixing with my own breath--feels like I'm breathing air that doesn't have enough oxygen in it
don't like husband spooning behind me; I need to be the one hugging him from behind
I also now get panic attacks while SCUBA diving. I don't feel claustrophobic, but I feel like I can't get enough oxygen in my lungs and then I start to panic.

as a kid I used to hate getting my hair washed
taking a bath
getting my haircut
getting my hair brushed/combed
wearing scratchy clothes
sleeping on creased sheets/wrinkled blankets
smelling cigarette smoke
smelling sweat

styrofoam.

The feel of it.

The sound of it.

Big containers of food in the back of a car squeeking while they vibrate and rub against each other.

Nerve racking.

Chalk on a blackboard is music compared to styrofoam.

My list begins and ends-with stryofoam!

Do LOVE the sight of styrofoam coffee cups buring in a fireplace though- partially because I hate styrofoam and love to see it burn- and partially because it gives off blue flames and kinda melts a little and looks cool while it burns up!

Any noise that is too loud and at a pitch that hurts my ears
the noise of someone eating, especially if it's crunchy
the noise of my husband blowing his nose loudly
cutlery scraping on plates
Sunlight
strong/bright or fluorescent colours
glare from artificial lights at night
anything that feels painful on my skin
internal sensations from digestive things

...probably more but these spring to mind

Bad smells. They are EVERYWHERE and my sense of smell is like a bloodhound's. Sometimes I just stay in my room/at my desk to avoid them. It's particularly bad at work because there are so many people and people bring food from home, have smelly feet, wear too much perfume, etc. Sometimes I use essential oils to get my brain back on track, so to speak.

Remember in the Matrix where Agent Smith is talking about human smell? I agreed with him.

I hate the hum of the tv. Can't tell you how many people hav told me I was making it up.
I hate dry skin. The way it feels on myself and the way it looks on other people.
I hate the sound of typing keys and rattling plastic.
I hate crowds. Just all out sensory overload there.
I hate it when dogs touch me without my permission.
I hate it when people get in my personal space.

I don't know many people that can endure hearing someone snoring. :)

Since this is the sort of thing I can write everlasting lists of, I will just keep it short and sweet. Here are 3 of my worst noise annoyances:-

-People sneezing/coughing/yawning/clearing throat loudly
-TVs murmuring from another room
-Kids under 5 shouting or screaming

- the screechy noise the bus and subway train make when they come to a stop
- many people talking at once (like at a shop or school or on a bus) especially when they squeal and giggle in high pitched voices
-smells of tuna fish and lunch meats and some perfumes and some cleaning products
- smells of artificial coconut -coconut oil or lotion ect.
- any high pitched screech
-squeaky doors

and these are just what annoyed me today............bad sensory day......
