"Overcoming" Aspergers? - Change in diagnosis

If someone is able to "overcome" Aspergers then IMO i believe either:

A. They made tremendous strides therapy real young (and i'm just being nice saying that)
B. Maybe they have that social communication disorder the DSM-V is speaking of

The Aspies i know have never changed and i've know them for decades. Why would they change now?
And to lose the diagnosis that would be their neurology changed. How did it change?
I would think only medication could change neurology.

There was talk cell phone could change brain metabolism do we know for sure?

They say it is no clear association between cell phones and disease yet the pharm field is big business. Pay offs all the time so they can keep doling out meds.

Other events like brain trauma, seizures, strokes, Medications...
those all change brain chemistry, and electro shock, and drugs (illegal)
