Nor are sociopathic tendencies or anything along those lines.

But maybe I am just biased as a person who literally has panic attacks if something is left to the last minute, has fantastic handwriting, does not have ADHD or anything like that, is completely uncreative....and is still officially diagnosed with Asperger's. Different strokes for different folks.

No it isn't. It is the symptom of someone who is lazy.
