I don't mean a free service, I mean they might be able to give useful information or advice if you ask them a
question at the group

the more you get to know a person, the more likely they will be to take an interest in your problems and offer help if you need it
- not all people but some will of you get friendly with them

ie they are a person to contact if you need to find something out or to pass on information you think they might
be interested in

We have free therapy services in the UK on the NHS (National Health Service)[/quote]
i really need someone to guide me especially with some of the bipolar symptoms
if i get help its good

so i attended the support group today
there were 8 members
one was a counsellor who is care giver to her husband who is wheel chair bound and is undergoing dialysis 3 days a week.
another one has a husband who is under depression and son left house and shifted to other country
another young girl suffers from bipolar
a younger guy who is CA suffering from bipolar
and the founder is a guy who runs a NGO he also suffers from bipolar

during introduction i spoke about my childhood abuse and consequences
which is effecting my life now

then we discussed some remedies, therapies which can help each one

it was useful....but i dont know what more to expect in next meetups
