Anything loud and high pitched, like a siren or an alarm.

Let's see...

People eating with their mouths open
Dogs barking
Balloons rubbing/popping
Some people's voices
Sirens and alarms
Static from TV and radio
People yelling

Whistling. It really annoys me. It's almost always men who whistle. I wonder why.

Background noise of unsophisticated, incoherent loquaciousness
Background noise of several individuals taking or arguing at the same time.
Intrusive, unanticipated, and high-pitched noises
Noisy, and often crowded environments that over-stimulate me (e.g. clubs, parties).
People blowing and sniffing their noses
Certain voices that I construe as "annoying." (e.g. regionalised British accents).
T.V. and Radio static
Baby screaming/crying
Loud breathing
Vulgar music
Heavy rain
Door banging
Hammering
MRI scanning (magnetic waves).
Power Drilling
Buzzing sounds triggered by low battery warnings (smart phones and charging adapters).
Emergency sirens
Argumentative expressions
Snoring
Whistles
Vacuum cleaners
Fire alarms
Train wheel screeching
Motorcycle engines (especially chopper bikes)
Glass breaking
Popping balloons
Self-righteous or pretentious tones of voice

My usual complaints again:

Running cars/buses/trucks/motorbikes (engine, swishing, tyre on the road)
Unwanted music that is almost everywhere
Children/babies crying, screaming

plus

Vacuum cleaner

The sound that buses and cars and (to a lesser extent) trains make when they screech to a halt. Other than that, anything really loud , squeaky and/or high pitched.

Children making that high pitch scream in shopping centres.
the high pitch noise when you walk in and out of shops.
Loud heavy metal music when in some places.
Dogs suddenly barking at you when you walk past.
Whistling.

Does anyone else really really hate when you're on the phone and the other person is using a hands free set so you get that horrible feedback loop where you can hear your own voice a second later?

These along with emery boards being used on fingernails, even the sight of an emery board makes me cringe. Pretty much grinding/scraping sounds in general.

Abupt/sharp high-pitched sounds are the worst. Crackling potato chip bags, overdriven PAs, popping bubble wrap, snapping things, ugh... They make a sort of thudding/popping feeling inside my ear which is physically uncomfortable.

Felt tipped markers. I will curl up into a ball if I hear somebody using a felt tipped marker on a piece of paper.

I never let it go to zero, either. It's like a bomb going off. In fact, I will often put anything in the mic on 10+ min so I don't get close to zero, time to spare.
