I pick at any sort of tiny, invisible bump that may appear on my body until it bleeds and scabs over, then I pick at the scabs.
I do this more often than I'd like to admit. My arms and legs are covered in little scabs because of it, and my friend is always smacking my hand away from wherever I'm picking at.

Though not repetitive in the traditional sense, my favorite stim continues to be smoking a cigarette. Handling and generally fiddling around with the thing is enjoyable.
Agreed. I smoke way more than I want to because of that, sometimes two or three cigarettes in a row simply because I can't get myself to stop. I roll my own, so the act of rolling them is also a factor in doing it. It keeps my hands busy and has become an anxious habit - it's fairly usual to see me smoking with one hand and flicking/mildly flapping with the other.
