I do not know what area you are living in.

Assuming it is representative of the rest of the USA and that African Americans are just as likely to have autism as white people, about 12 in 10,000 people will be black and have autism. Given that black people are less likely to have appropriate medical insurance, clinicians might be even less likely to meet a black person with autism.

Where did you hear that the age of the father has something to do with whether the kid gets autism traits or not?

We hide in plain sight. In my experience the doctors that I've seen and reported my symptoms either didn't care or believe me. I have rather good insurance, but have been reluctant to seek a AS diagnosis for the reasons stated earlier.

The doctor who gave me the official exhaustive test - and who officially diagnosed me as having aspergers a couple of years ago- happened to be African American himself. I wonder what he would say about this.
