I usually sleep on either side and sometimes on my back.

I used to sleep on my left side until I heard that sleeping on you left side puts more pressure on your heart, so now I sleep on my right side in the fetal position.

My mattress is made out of memory foam so I like to sleep on my back. . . I also need a tempurpedic pillow if I want to be able to fall asleep easily. . .

I usually sleep on my back to start, then I move on to the fetal position on either side so I can be more comfortable.

Curled up on either side but I find that I'm more comfortable sleeping on my right side and I usually have my arm curled around a pillow

I sleep usually on my side, with my covers just past my shoulders. If I am hot, I sleep on my back because usually it helps me to cool down for some reason, but then I wake up on my side. I don't really have any unusual ways of sleeping.

I know someone who literally sleeps right under the covers every night. I could never do that, not even on the coldest nights. I feel I will suffocate and need air to breathe. I don't know how some people can sleep like that.

I shift around quite a lot, but I never seem to know what to do with my arms. They're always getting in the way, and they're always awkward and uncomfortable.

I do not sleep on my back, because for some reason this makes me feel nauseous. Has for almost my entire life, and I haven't the faintest clue why.

Curled up on one side, usually facing away from my fiance, and hugging a pillow. I particularly like it when she "spoons" me... the pressure helps me drift off!

On my back, took some getting used to sleeping like this.

But ive found out, its the best sleeping position for me, to avoid falling out of my bed. God i hate falling out of bed.

Its always like your dreaming something and BAM you hit the floor like a sack of bricks.

I usually sleep on my side, facing the laptop. Haha. Sometimes, I sleep with the covers pulled up to my face, except on hot nights. Then I sleep without covers.

I sleep on my back with my left hand resting on my chest feeling my heartbeat.

Varies somewhat. Usually on my side, sometimes on my stomach, sometimes on a diagonal. Usually on my right (at least in my own bed - I seem to pick my left depending on what I'm sleeping on/in and what surrounds me). Usually curled and kind of hugging my pillow. I also like to sleep with a blanket that's at least somewhat heavy, even if not for warmth. It just feels hard to sleep without the feeling of the blanket on top of me.

On cold nights, especially in the winter, I really like grabbing the corners of my blankets closest to the pillow, and wrapping them around me like a cocoon. I have to adjust them and pull them in until no cold air is leaking in. It seems like the only way I can sleep when doing this is on my stomach.

Here's something interesting: I tend to wake up at least once during the wee hours, when I haven't got enough rest yet. When I do so, I like to take a thick pillow (or pillow-doll, more specifically) and lie on it in sort of a modified Child's Pose (the Yoga position), facing the foot of the bed. I'll usually have my blankets at least loosely draped on me. If I wake up again, I might switch back to laying on my side as I normally start out.

I absolutely cannot sleep on my back under normal circumstances. I get a backache if I do.

Usually I must sleep on my front, but sometimes have to switch from having my head turned one way or the other, which involves a lot of fuss because of the hoses to my CPAP machine.

Yeah. No thanks. I'm too tall for my mattress so I have to.
