Some will ignore the rules until someone else disagrees with one of their opinions, and then they try to "reinterpret" the rules to eliminate dissenting opinions ... if not ban outright the dissenting member.

Dissension alone is not offensive, nor does it break any rules. It is only inconvenient to the person who wants to maintain an illusion of authority.
