I'm proud of my posts. I often check back to see what responses I get.

I hate my posts on the whole. I actively try to avoid most of them. I'm sort of addicted though, and carry on regardless.

It's almost like when I have a conversation - I often think afterwards that I've said something really stupid or offensive. I'm paranoid about it; probably because it's my naff approach that drives my friends away.

I don't avoid but it does make me cringe to see myself in type. I guess it's related to not liking photos of yourself or recordings of your voice or even your reflection, as discussed on another thread. Do you think it's a specifically AS thing or just low self-esteem?

It could be both.

After thinking about it, for me I think AS does more so than low self-esteem.

I love my posts ! ! I go back and re-read them, and compliment myself on such thoughful discourse ! !! Although sometimes I post sooo much, I lose the threads, and can't find them again to re-read and compliment myself. Ahem.

I am embarrassed when I see errors in my posts. I am usually a precise person and hate mistakes. I do like to check how many posts I have made.
