I find sleeping difficult at the best of times, sleeping with someone present is not going to help that. One room, one bed, one body. ;)

After spending two months in boot camp sharing the same room with 80 men, I can honestly say that NT's have just a big of a problem with snorer's as anybody else. It was always when the snorer would stop for a second or two then make some choking or coughing noise then start up that the boots went flying. You knew who the snorers were by the pile of boots around their rack in the morning. Everybody complained that they end up synching their breathing to the snorer's and stop when the snorer did.

Indere. Very annoying. I have at times when younger slept on the floor in another room to actually get any sleep.

Not to mention besides being noisy. Most people seem to sleep in hot rooms. I prefer temp around 15c Max 20c

My wife snores real loudly and also kicks her legs about in her sleep. We sleep in separate beds now :(

My wife has a habit of stealing blanket, but she also drapes her arms and legs around me and I enjoy the pressure, so I consider that to be a positive trade off.

I like sleeping with my husband but other than that I prefer to sleep alone. I do love sleeping with a cat though. One thing I hate about sharing a bed with someone is body heat. I was babysitting once for a family when the parents went on vacation for a week and the 5 year old came in the bed to sleep with me. I had to kick him out and send him back to his own bed because I could not tolerate his body heat. I also have a hard time tolerating certain people's skin touching me. For some reason one of my best friends has skin that feels weird to me and I can't stand when she touches me especially in my sleep when I don't expect it. And she tosses and turns in the bed too and sometimes ends up sleeping sideways which is really annoying. So I hate sharing a bed with her. I also don't like when people move in the bed. If people are sleeping in the same room but a different bed I can tolerate it if they are not making noises. Some people swallow or make mouth noises when they sleep and I absolutely cannot tolerate that. I have to block it out. Snoring keeps me up as well but I snore sometimes too.

My body temp is constantly changing so I am on top of the blanket a lot and then I put it on and then take it of. This goes on for quite a bit until I manage to fall into a deep sleep. So I am probably annoying to sleep with as well! :)

I personally find it comforting to sleep in the same room with someone I'm very close with. I don't like sleeping in the same bed though because I get really hot and I over think everything I'm doing in fear i'll wake them.

I couldn't sleep though when I had to share hotel rooms with my teammates. I wanted the tv on, they didn't. So here I am laying in the dark in a strange place listening to every noise my teammates are making while they sleep and the a/c in the room. I once had to sleep next to one of my teammates that grinded her teeth obnoxiously loud and I had to plug my ears while trying to fall back to sleep. Another teammate slept walk and yelled out loud in her dreams, that startled me awake. Basically, I can't stand sleeping in hotel rooms with my teammates haha.

i sleep in the same bad with my husband each night, which is ok because we are used to each other. but i dont like sleeping in the same room as other people. i feel like my privacy is invaded and they hear everything i do. like a few months ago me and my husband went on holiday with his best mate and we had to share a hotel room. i get a lot of trouble with my tummy and it seem to erupt more at night, and my husbands friend kept asking why my tummy makes odd noises. my husband normally takes no notice, but because his mate was there, he decided to make a joke of it then embarrass me when i say i have wind.

i just prefer not to have anyone else other than my husband in the room with me when i go to bed. he's ok with me on my own but he acts stupid when hes with other people (he have adhd by the way and can sometimes be socialy inappropiate).

I toss and turn due to my back barking at me. I also sweat a lot so I have a fan blowing on me when I sleep and I also need the sound of the fan blowing in the background to lull me to sleep, I cannot sleep in silence. so I probably would not make the best bed mate.

I feel very comfortable sleeping with my partner in the same bed. I also generally feel safer when there are other people sleeping in the same room as me, but not necessarily the same bed. I've had trouble sleeping with other people in my bed in the past, including my relatives.

I don't mind sleeping in the same room as other people because I've shared bedrooms with my sisters for most of my life. I also can sleep through almost anything. I hate sleeping in the same bed as other people though because I like having my space to sleep. I roll over constantly and I steal blankets.

Once I was no longer a baby, I slept alone in my room-so I never got used to anyone else being in same room sleeping.
It's still too distracting, plus it's rare to be able to synchronize bedtimes when I'm a night owl up 'til the wee hours (and was even as a kid).
