I guess one reason to go is because we tend not to age like NT's do. I don't look as old as my classmates do and that's fun! ;)

What's school reunion?

That's where the people who graduated together from High School meet every five years to reminisce, get drunk, and re-shuffle the pecking order based on who's rich, who's dead, and who has the most hair and the least-visible facelift scars.

It's always the same ingroup that gets photographed, and the same outgroup that gets ignored.

Never been to a school reunion, haven't been aware of them going on,
though chronologically there must've been some by now.
I'm not close with anyone I used to know from that far back.

I graduated high school, but had moved partway through so it wasn't the same high school I'd started with.
Didn't graduate from college, so I wouldn't be on the guest list for that.

I imagine these things cost money to attend, not to mention the problem of transport (which I also lack)-
in addition to feeling once again out of place & marginal...conclusion: I'm not likely to go to a school reunion.
