is it possible to have both AS and Schizoid personality?

I have been diagnosed with both AS and SPD (along with Obsessive Compulsive traits, PTSD as well as Dysthamia - that was quite a session I can tell you. )

It makes perfect sense to me, which is odd having been accused of thinking very literally, as I accept that it is never that simple to push people into one specific pigeon hole like some professionals would like. I don't see them as being mutually exclusive at all as both make sense to my me and my way of being.
