Ugh, I'm having a visual aura of some kind and my concentration is kinda messed up. No headache, though. I see what looks kinda like a jagged rainbow with primary colors and squares arranged in an arc, where the colors change as you move along the arc. It's been like that for the past 10 minutes. It's in the upper left part of my vision.

The rainbow arc has shifted over to my left peripheral vision and it has tipped over as it has done that so that it bends left then down now. It makes the left part of my left eye feel funny, staticky, and numb.

Now I'm getting sleepy in the head.

My vision has in the past 5 minutes gotten blurry, but I've not had any other symptoms.

EDIT: I know I've been getting enough salt and water.

EDIT 2: I'm now getting flashing lights, but this time on the right side of my vision.

I don't know, for me they didn't seem like anything. I would either get dizzy or start to feel really emotional, confused, or frenetic and then all of a sudden I just wasn't there. Gladly, I haven't had issues with epilepsy since I was 9.

I went to sleep for an hour and felt better. :) Maybe I was a bit more irritable, though.

These migraines with aura but no headache are like these little annoyances for me, as they don't seem to be bad enough to really need any medical treatment. One psychiatrist I told about it called them "migraine equivalents." I've never had a headache with my migraines.
