when the sun is out, waking up is great!

when it is cloudy, it is painful.

i seem to have more energy when it is sunny when i wake up. when it is cloudy, i am still tired.

I don't like it, but since people count on me to be ready to go precisely at 6:30 a.m., I do it. However I may not shower or brush my teeth.......

I can get up quite promptly if I don't get accustomed to the aralm so I need to chan that every so often.

The earlier the morning, the more discomforting it is for me. When waking up, the senses are a lot more sensitive, balance worse and the risk of a migraine a lot higher until after a grace period of up to 15 minutes.

I do recover that more with a breakfast, but otherwise... Making up in the afternoon instead I often have a habit of doing.

I don't have auditory/visual/olfactory sensitivity, so I don't find waking up painful in that way. I do have a very difficult time waking up on a schedule, as I "naturally" have a 25 hour day. If I try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day then I only get a few hours of sleep. I often won't be woken by an alarm (even one of them that gets progressively louder until you turn it off) or will fall back asleep. I'm also so tired after I wake up that I can't think coherently. I'll press the wrong button on the alarm when trying to press snooze, or try to set it for 15 minutes in the future but actually set it for PM. If I actually manage to stay awake, then I'll often end up accidentally doing really stupid stuff. I'll lose something and try to find it later in the day, to discover that it's in the freezer or something. Or I try to make something to eat and accidentally pour my tea on it instead of the condiments.

It's partially oxidized tea. As opposed to fully oxidized (black) or unoxidized (green) tea.

I like to lie in bed hoping to fall back asleep and then I get on the computer.

I hate it. Most of the time I am awake in my bed but can't get up.
