I used to be, but I'm trying not to be like it any more. I have gotten to love the feeling of having everything ready the night before, so that's it's all ready in the morning and I don't have to even think about it when getting up. It reduces stress.

When I go to work, I have to take so much what won't fit into one bag so I have to take two bags. I make sure both bags are ready the night before, with my work shoes next to them. I know that if I didn't get all this organised the night before, I know I would forget something. My mum says I probably don't even need everything in those bags (she's sure I take the kitchen sink too  ), but I worry that I might need something if I don't take it. Better safe than sorry, is my new motto.

The test is called BRIEF-A and it costs a lot money to buy. It was used to diagnose me and the 90% figure was a global figure on my diagnostic report. It is broken down into categories
