...( have no " on-the-ground " friends or adult family that cares about me , and I've ried to write local Legal Aid , to no avail... 
I'm talki8ng about my other ` money (for one) problems , too , things that are rightfully mine , but have been kept from me .
I am Aspie , I'm not very (as seen by most people) charming , I'm homeless and have to carry my s**t around with me - I need help !

...I am asking for help with the (allegedly) working Tracphone phone , yes...And , PLEASE , I'd like help w/trying to get my money bak - about $150.00 in that case - for that Boost phone
And yes , I am pleading for some help involving that Sacramento-area outfit (Vanacore :cry) , in trying to get the money they were supposed to send me-I have E-mails from them in which they ADMIT this~weeks if not months ago!
They have not answered calls and messages~PLEASE help: .
I don't want to , if it's possible , have to go into some " lawyer " full-fleged suit to get an amount of money that is less , probably , than the combined cost of the original retail value of the stereo and video-game systems that many of you have-But I NEED it!! !! !! !! !
Again , I opened a bank account w/the initial parts , now , with the expected last 1/3 not coming in , the account is on its way to being closed on me (It isn't yet .),with no mony coming into it !
Isn't " I opened a bank account " with the earlier money a " nice " enough thing that someone will want to hme , do something involving writing letters/making calls to vanacore to scare the money out of them ? Please ?

...And BTW , there are FAR less " programs for homeless that lead to housing " than people around here seem to think ! !!
Really , I know of few , if any , in the homeless-heavy Bay Area/beyond . TV movies and news cover them because they are " feel-good " stories !They're not common . I'm not a veteran or drug/alcohol-recovering , either , so those two " slots " for single men (Most ??? Many ???) are closed to me .
As I've mentioned in another post to-day , I experienced a SS agency blatantly stealing from me from my San Francisco years , I have tried to fight back~100% nonsuccessfully~ - But , I suspect that they may have placed a bit of a ' black mark " on me , as far as reciving services in this area goes . I'm rather inclined to think that , in part for that , I need to , longer-term , get out of the Greater S.F. Bay Area .
Oh , and all my posting is because of determinedly using the SJ King Library's free computers ~ Except that they're about to (in February) implement some " no bringing in big bags , luggage , to the Library " rule that seems intended to go after us homeless . So , as far as...Well , additionally , I NEED that last /13 of the windfall ! !! !! !! !! !
Really , if someone would intervene (I'd have to tell them more details first , of course .) , maybe Vanacore could get - my - money shaken out of them without need ing a court case ~ If someone with more " authority " could help .
Someone who could say the right thing/s to them to break the logjam up . Please ???

...The charger for the phone's gone now - So , along with the junk Radio Shack phone , that's $200 I'm out - I culd dearly use it - use a place to stay , reliable medical care , others ...........

...I may , if I stay in San Jose , be unable to enter the ML King Library where I use the computers ...Tey're apparently going to have/enforce a " no big packages " rule soon which will tend to keep out homeless ...Oh , and I wish I could get some help with getting that last part of the Vanacore check !
