What kind of therapy actually helped you? What was useless?

I'm not in the MBTAs paratransit area, too far west, but I'm applying for another city's paratransit today actually! I needed to wait for them to be able to have me apply, because they only can do applications sometimes, and I am currently online while waiting for travel into the city to apply. :) I'll need to look into that. I don't think it works, but it might. And I've saved money up from tutoring that I'm going to spend on things like a weighted vest and if I can this.
