Dr. Phil is not a real doctor.

If I say poop. Do people think of poop.

That is true.

And surprisingly, no. 8O I don't. I just think of the word.

Wow!

Now if you said it in the context of excrement (i.e. "She pooped") then I would.

Dr. Phil -- yah, the yapping bald head image, but no sound

VanGogh -- his self-portrait painting, again a headshot image

Other random examples:
my sister -- her bloated obese body, sorry sis, but you are and it surprises me every time I see you in person :(

my m other -- a blurry headshot but with a very distinct talking mouth

my husband -- an almost-silhouette side view headshot with a rather enlarged frontal lobe area -- his head is not really that shape LOL, but I do think he's really smart

my son -- a mischievously grinning/smirking headshot with wild hair sticking out all over, think Einstein at age 12

bill Gates -- blue button-down shirt, no face at all

Does this mean anything?

Van Gough: I picture Benny & Joon about Sam poiting to his ear saying "Kirk Dougles, Van Gough, ear."
That's where I first heard the name.

Dr. Phil, I don't picture anything so I don't understand. If I knew who he was, I'd picture him.
