When I'm going to have a picture taken, the automatic thing I do is smile, although I do not always like my picture taken because I'm not very photogenic.

I smiled in a lot of pictures of me as a baby, toddler and child. There was one picture we have of a 9-month-old me sitting with three other babies around that age, and I was smiling with joy at the camera and one of the other babies looked happy too, while the other two looked serious and bewildered. I was the only Aspie out of those babies (although nobody knew back then). If anyone here looked through a photo album of me as a baby, you wouldn't think I was an Aspie baby. I usually looked happy (there are a few of me looking serious and not smiling, but that's normal), and I looked full of expression too.

There are no smiling baby pictures of me. Age 4 and up I smiled in pictures.
My mom said I never smiled when I was a baby.
