Crack my fingers (all three joints), wrists, elbows, and my toes.
I crack only the middle joint of my fingers. When I was a child I worried that my fingers seemed to bend inwards, so I thought I had to correct them

I crack my little and ring finger away from the thumb, medium and index finger toward the thumb. The thumb didn't need correction. Initially I think it was always one finger at a time, from smaller fingers to bigger ones and from left hand to right, now I am more relaxed about it.

Chew up my fingernails and pick at loose flaps and slivers of skin around them- occasionally to the point of revealing raw flesh or bleeding.
I hate an unsmooth fingernail's edge, and when I found I have one I usually rub it on my teeth if I can't find a scissor, but I don't chew fingernails, I chew around the root of them, biting off slivers of skin if needed, never to the point of bleeding though. Curiously, I started doing it when a dog bit my thumb as a child, maybe I liked it somehow
Recently I like to rub my palms together, especially the pads under the second metacarpal bone.

When I was in school I would roll pens with my fingers or chew on them
I do chew my pens, although not to the point of damage. I can't conceive to intentionally damage my belongings, although I may do it by sloppiness.
