Sorry, I missed that the landlord and super were different guys. Either way I don't think he has any reason to be mad at you.
As for the trash, the only reason to be upset is if you really fill up a can/dumpster a long time before trash pick up to the extent that others won't be able to use it. But I don't see how it makes that much difference when it's only 2 days away...unless they are really skimping on trash receptacles, the same way they are skimping on hot water. If they aren't providing sufficient resources, it's on them, not you. And there's no reason to scream about it. But it sounds like they want to intimidate you so you accept things the way they are and don't complain.
