I have officially moved out of supported housing!! I am in independent living now. I'm living in my dad's empty house in London (he lives in Cyprus). I will be supported by the National Autistic Society but I have this whole place to myself.

I'm free!!

Congratulations to you!

Thanks.

It's hard work cleaning and organising a house that's been mostly neglected for over a year.

I'm resting right now.

Chunking, AKA "divide and conquer" is a good approach to overwhelming problems of all kinds.

House too much to handle? Start with one room.

Room too much to handle? Start with one square meter of that room.

When that's done, start another. Eventually the room is done and then the house.

Thanks. That is really good advice. I'm waiting for my Amazon.co.uk order of a mop and bucket, and dust masks. I cannot dust without dust masks as I am highly intolerant of free-flying dust.

It's too hot today.
