Right now, I am 43, but I have been living on my own since I was 18.

Hmm, so not anything you can really do anything about then. If it was a safety concern for herself living alone then there would be actual steps you could take to help with that maybe, but it sounds like that is not the case. I'm sorry she is struggling.
