I've thought some more about this, and I've decided that, in all seriousness, the crow is my spirit animal. I've always been interested in crows...they were my favorite characters in movies (the crows from Dumbo, Jeremy from The Secret of NIMH), I have a collection of crow items, and I've always been drawn to how intelligent they are. They really are great at problem-solving.
Some people who have managed to tame crows have even reported that they can mimic human speech and sounds like parrots can!
Many people actually regard crows and ravens with superstition and think that they are bringers of bad luck, but I think of them as the opposite. Whenever I've seen a crow in someone's yard, or flying in the air, things have often gone smoothly and according to plan for me, so that now when I happen to see a crow, I feel calm and less anxious. I think it's only something they give to those whom they know see their value and appreciate what they have to offer nature.
