I never had the money or the friends to go with when I was in college.It doesnt seem like a great place to go with a boyfriend(which I often did have)if you are insecure about your appearance.
The closest I have ever come to a "vacation",is camping on Lake Superior with my boyfriend and his friends and going to spend a week at my parents in Arizona.....both were filled with hours of hiking and rock hunting and were pleasantly void of flesh and screaming ,vomiting drunk people.
