Feeling wired and bored

I just cleaned my kitchen. It felt like moving mountains!

I've been feeling compelled to clean, as if by some unseen force. It's like I'm not even the one doing the cleaning.

I've been feeling like this, mainly I want to control my mania, or not exhaust myself too much so I fall into depression. If I let myself do the things I want to do that just might happen. So I'm not doing anything and God I'm bored.

Sounds like the blues / depression. My dad calls it "the punies" as in feeling puny or small. I like his term for it.

Good day for curling up in a quiet, sunny place with a good book.
