Betta Fish and autism

I definitely find my pets comforting. Along with my dog and cats, I have two fish. One is a betta named Captain Jack (he's a black and gray male) and while he is a couple years old an not as active as he once was, I love watching him swim around when he does and same for my six-year-old goldfish named Nimoy.
