Is she still there? Give her the boot. Don't wait three days, do it now. If the police won't help you they won't help her either so you can use any force nessasary without retaliation from the law.

She's going to tell your niece your a bad person? I thought you said all her relatives have cut her off. If your niece has cut her off she won't listen to what your Mum says. If she hasn't cut her off, your Mum can stay with her.

Maybe your family cut her off for a good reason so why should you be any different? If cutting her off worked for them it can work for you. Don't be the only one left holding the bag.

If your family cut her off then they'll take your side, not hers. If they cut her off then they must already know what she's like.

If they take her side then they're as bad as her and you don't need them either. If they take her side then she can stay with them. If she stays with them and complains about you to them then that means she has someone to stay with after all.

If they take your side then they won't mind you kicking her out on the street. If no one will take her in then let her live on the street until she dies from hunger and exposure and then she'll never be able to bother you again.
