ohhh good, yeah, your meaning is much clearer. I forgot how sensitive aspies are to criticism too, there was no intention to offend in my or any one elses statements on your writing style - probably the bluntness of Aspies might have made some of the comments seem 'harsh'. Ask an aspie a question, you'll get a blunt answer. Anyway....yeah it's a better style for just giving and receiving information.

There's nothing wrong with the other way you write, people tend to write in different styles to suit different occasions/situations and most people would see your other style of writing as 'creative' writing, rather than 'communication'... I used to be a bureaucrat, so i'd have to write in bureaucrat style for that job, then I did creative writing at uni, so I'd use a more creative style for that, but for everyday conversations, I find plain english is better, UNLESS, of course, you want to be mysterious or ambiguous.

Weekend was great, got paided, 2 days of liberty. I played Dance Dance Revolution all weekend, doesnt get any better than that!

This weekend may turn out to be one of the last of its kind. I may be rejobbing in a couple weeks, and if I do, I'll finally have real-world Saturday and Sunday weekends. As it was, I got up around 1 on Saturday, did a few things, worked overnight, got in around 8:30 Sunday morning after a long chat with a coworker...got up Sunday around 1 and bought a bunch of records from a store that's moving. Hung out with a few of the regulars at another store I pass by afterwards. Not that bad, but I'm looking forward to sleeping on Saturday nights!
