To be honest, if WP really cared about minors it would do away with the adult forum, which is full of weird perversions and even bigger perverts. Not that I care. But it's weird how supposed adults can't handle the f word, but can handle reading about somebody's scat fetish in minute detail.


Minors can't post in that forum or view it. It's age restricted and most people can't even enter their without putting their birthdate in their profile.

This is what a "No Rules Apply" forum would become - volley and retaliation in an endless cycle of Ad Hominem attacks. This is what WP is trying to avoid becoming, overall.

I hope you don't end up getting banned, BIF. I know everyone else will be tut-tutting at this response, but it gave me a genuine chuckle: my 8-year-nephew even looked up for a split-second from his videogame.

But I do also think there's some truth in that statement as well: I have never seen FNord express compassion or empathy for anyone. Only bragging about how he managed to pull himself up by his bootstraps with hard work: in a homeless Aspie's thread.

PS: 4chan was notorious - about 8 years ago. Some of you people need to get out on the internet more if 4chan is your measure of a controversial site.
