Are you seriously one of those "book-smart" people who doesn't use his street-smarts ?
The regulation favours the corporations and drug-companies, not the consumers, and speaking of the REAL reasons for a lot of business-regulations, that actually stems back to the time of the so-called Robber Barons, documented here for anybody to compare the information for themselves that I will link where y'all can read the reviews & comments to the reviews of said book-publication...
http://www.amazon.com/Myth-Robber-Baron ... 963020315/
That's not true.
I am willing to update my paradigm on this and and still accurate to say that the vast majority fo European-countries still do not flouridate their tap-waters.
That's nonsensical. Water is a by-product of methane processing and methane is toxic to human consumption... I'll let the misuse of "byproduct" slide.
Methane ? Really ? Let's see what the "consensus" says on the Wik-pages regarding methane...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluoride
The only mention of the word "methane" upon the whole ENTIRE page is a link to Trifluoromethanesulfonate.
Additionally, Ireland has collected data from various doctors and toxicologists, who warn against the safety of flouride...
The first-hand research of Dr. Weston Price begs to differ against your book-learned "Lots of premature death" statement and is completely de-bunked (amongst just about all of the propaganda regarding health that has America hood-winked) with meticulous-details gone over in this seminar...
A belief in the goodness of autonomy is not a cause of autism.
Irrelevant and time-wasting response.
Autism exists in all studied societies.
If anything, that undermines you further - American researchers now acknowledge that the condition Asperger was studying was identical to the condition Kanner was studying. Neither worked in America...
Under-mining would require that you actually provide the evidence to prove my statements are false but the ONLY thing you've mentioned thus far where I needed to update my paradigm-grid to have more-accurate information is in regards to whether European-countries have banned flouride in their drinking water or not. The vast majority of them still do not flouridate.
You apparently don't know anything about the history of materialism and the controversies in science regarding Psi. If anything it's quantum-mechanics that has proven the materialist-paradigm a false one, therefore, materialism is NOT "compatible" with quantum-physics, and furthermore, materialism is a philosophy that masquerades as a science, basically an idealism, not an actual science. I'm not even going to start on the ridiculous mountains of data on this can of worms and would appreciate it if you would stop trying to spread unquestioned book-learned so-called facts without first double-checking & triple-checking the accuracy of your information.
P.S./Edit: Good... I am still within the edit time-frame. Here is a short briefing of some of the controversies...

It is not...
Around 10% of the population of the United Kingdom receives fluoridated water,[73] about half a million people receive water that is naturally fluoridated with calcium fluoride, and about 6 million total receive fluoridated water.[79] The Water Act 2003 required water suppliers to comply with requests from local health authorities to fluoridate their water.[79]
The following UK water utility companies fluoridate their supply:
Anglian Water Services Ltd
Northumbrian Water Ltd
South Staffordshire Water plc
Severn Trent plc
United Utilities Water plc

I already covered my paradigm-update regarding the flouride-issue in my previous response.

You have completely missed the point.
Fluoride is pretty safe in the tiny dosage you'll get in drinking water. The bigger concerns in drinking water are hormones, for example. In higher concentrations, then yes, it is dangerous.
I hope you never drink tea, because that contains a relatively high concentration of fluoride.
And ofc fluorine is deadly death with a side helping of death. But that's not added to water.
A belief in the goodness of autonomy is not a cause of autism.
Irrelevant and time-wasting response.
Sorry, I think you'll find I was the one pointing out your red herring, not the other way around.
Autism exists in all studied societies.
If anything, that undermines you further - American researchers now acknowledge that the condition Asperger was studying was identical to the condition Kanner was studying. Neither worked in America...
Under-mining would require that you actually provide the evidence to prove my statements are false [/quote]
Well, I showed that autism is documented in countries which don't fluoridate their water, and was even first formally documented in these countries... That undermines your "fluoride causes autism" argument entirely.
Let's not forget that you claimed nomadic people lived longer than we do today...
You apparently don't know anything about the history of materialism and the controversies in science regarding Psi. You are the one making the ridiculous claim. Kindly enlighten the world about how your street smarts have discovered that quantum mechanics are incompatible with materialism. I am guessing the truth of the matter is that you do not know what "materialism", "quantum mechanics", or "science" are.
(Psi isn't real btw)

You've made quite the grandiose claim (although the common response is: "You can't prove a negative.")
When you make a claim you generally need to provide evidence.
Let's see what the actual researchers have to say regarding this matter...

I'm sure it'll be mainstream eventually, because I heard about Microsoft project to hire Aspies or higher-functioning autistics. But it's very late, though and the mainstream still aren't quite used to our way of thinking. There should be more initiatives similar to Microsoft.
I think they are a brilliant corporation.
Not sure, not sure the masses would get used to that unless a lot of the thinking encouraged in society is altered...plenty of people accept it exists but think 'a cure' is on its way when there is a good chance that's not true, or they are rather ignorant on what it means. So it would be a while before people reach the point you want...I mean first the masses have to become aware of what autism really is, that its a spectrum and we're not all going to be carbon copies of some autistic character in a movie or book they read some time...before they can come to accept its unlikely our neurological wiring is going anywhere.
As for Microsoft it is nice they are trying to help autistics by maybe attempting to seek them out in the employment process....but we aren't all good with numbers, or great with technical stuff that working with computers or programming would take so that likely is more gong to help autistics who have a special interest and skills in computers/math/technology...than those of us who don't really fit that category.

Try going back to cultures that were nomadic or rural, and the cultures and populations and isolated civilisations that were researched by Dr. Weston Price, and compare how well self-sustaining & healthy they were compared to these modern-day city-slickers who don't want to work hard, and are full of liberals who never seem to bother to question the status-quo, and you will see that this so-called autism-thing has more to do with the structure of society's environment than it does to do with any so-called neurological-wiring (see all of my posts that contain evidence of the psychiatric-industry itself being fraudulent).
Ummm, granted there are probably people who identify as liberals who never actually question the status quo...but if I am not mistaking the term liberal would imply liberals would be questioning the status quo more than say 'conservatives' who prefer to keep things more traditional much of the time even if it means less progression as far as tolerance towards more groups of people for instance. Not to say all conservatives are against all changes or progressing in soceity...........but generally speaking it would be more likely for a liberal to question the status quo than a conservative. I always question the status quo and have more liberal perspectives than conservative so not sure where you get its mostly liberals who do not question the status quo.
I can agree about the flouride though, nasty stuff....I always use flouride free tooth-paste and mouthwash where possible because it makes me nauseous and of course information i've heard about it being unhealthy.

Well... this thing about Liberals has certain contexts behind it (I don't identify myself as a conservative).

I think there's actually been a lot of obfuscation of the English-language to where all meanings are double-entendre... something along the lines of the following image...

The flouride used for water fluoridation do not contain aluminium.

"Street-smart" is useful in everyday life but completly useless (And sometimes even detrimental.) when it come to science for which you need "book-smart".

In which you show you're lack of book smart by not knowing the differences between communism and the liberal left.

First-hand experiences have proven too many books contain false-information (even amongst so-called sciences).
I certainly do not lack book-knowledge, and I have in fact, read hundreds of books over my life-time, but there's more "reading between the lines" context in regards to the book-smarts versus street-smarts concept... I will let 10players do the talking on the comparisons...

OP, Microsoft is controlled by the masses. Take it from a dude who just ended a contract working for them. They have better products than policies and I hardly even like most of their products. ASD is common knowledge around the Pacific Northwest largely because so many people assume Bill to be on the spectrum, and he's not Satya Nadella; hence this is a calculated PR move started by hand-picked executives with family on the spectrum. It happens with lots of technology companies but I've yet to see any of them do this with any real enthusiasm or scale.
The fact that people are well aware of our lucrative abilities does not mean the majority finds us deserving of any respect or a living wage.
Pay attention to cavernio. A corollary to this self-evident wisdom is that people who prioritize such businesses over the people around them have themselves decided they don't particularly matter. While there might be some such people in your life, good luck convincing them people have any intrinsic worth. This is the fuzzy line where materialism takes over.

Except none of those are quite the same thing.
