Have you ever felt you had supernatural abilities/senses?

I did not "feel" like I had what are often called super-natural senses/abilities... I simply had them...

...except they are not so much super-natural or para-normal... more like super-normal or extra-normal.

Yes a long time ago.

I've had a few instances of (highly improbable) things happen when I've "willed" them to in the past (hydrokinesis/cryokinesis specifically).

Of any "psychic" ability, I most commonly experience precognition.

I may be a psychic sensitive. If someone is experiencing strong negative emotions i can feel it. For example, if people next to me are arguing, I feel their anger. Not just sense it but have a strong negative feeling that mirrors them. This happens even when they are not interacting with me.

This generally has a range of around 20 feet but sometimes it is more.

I used to think this was something everyone felt. But I have since learned that it is a not. I have ran into groups of people on line that call it psychic sensitivity.

People with this trait are usually also highly sensitive people. This is sensitivity to noise, textures, chemicals they put in household cleaners, etc. It is another trait I have and one that is common for autistics.

I also have big issues with sensory overload. Sensory overload seems to come from an inability to block out background information. So it might be related to that.

I would be interested in reading whether people think this is some kind of psychic type thing or related to sensory processing issues. Know which it is effects the things I try to help deal with this.

Cats have a range of frequencies for their vision which allows their eye-sight to be sensitive enough to high-frequency light-rays for night-vision.
Dogs have a range of frequencies for their hearing which allows their ears to be sensitive enough to high-frequencies sounds for hearing/detecting intruders.

Humans are a mixed bag of "woo"™ (what those "materialist-skeptics"™ like to call it) in the sense that humans have a "mind" that also has its own ranges of frequencies. Unlike animals, the "mind"™ is what's responsible for our ability to problem-solve, our tool for obtaining inspiration from "universal-intelligence"™ (i.e.: all of the collective-knowledge that could possibly exist tapped from the cosmos somehow & tailored towards our stage-of-development/evolution so as to not cause our "minds"™ to be over-loaded with too much information for us to be able to process), and some people have higher mind-frequency ranges than others (and are therefore able to detect more than your average human, just like a cat detects more light than humans, a dog detects more sounds than humans, etc).

Some people might call it "Consciousness"™ and that some people are simply more so than others. Regardless of the name, its function seems to serve a combination of "awareness-levels"™ and problem-solving, amongst other reasons that seem to be related to some kind of psychological-evolution (what may be in the past have been called: spiritual-evolution).
