why do bus drivers not give change for notes?

because it's too dangerous for a busdriver to have a lot of money, some hours and some places aspecially they would get killed for the money, if it's known they don't carry big money, they won't get stabbed as easily.
there has been a lot to do about busdriver's safety in belgium, i suppose the rest of the world is just as dangerous sometimes
